Upon receipt of puppy, you have 72 hours to have your puppy seen by a certified DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine). If this pure bred dog does not have your veterinarian's approval, please return to breeder/seller's premises within the period of time designated above for a full refund. All sales are final and no refund will be given if the dog is returned for any reason other than a failure to pass the vet check.
Our puppies are guaranteed for 1 year against life threatening congenital defects. A congenital defect is a problem that will not allow the puppy to grow or age to normal life expectancy. If this dog develops a serious hereditary disease specifically leg perthes or liver shunt from one year of purchase, another puppy shall be given as a replacement as soon as one becomes available. Exceptions are patellar luxation or tracheal collapse because of environmental issues.
Buyer must consult with Breeder within 24 hours of any illness and follow advice of Breeders Veterinarian.
In the unlikely event said puppy is found to have a congenital or hereditary disease, a statement shall be provided to this breeder from a DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) on veterinary stationary stating the defect or cause of death and if my veterinary agrees, I will replace the puppy up to 1 year of purchase with a puppy from an available litter or future litter. Buyer must have any autopsy performed by the Breeder's Veterinarian or Breeder's Vet of choice within 24 hours of death. No moneys will be refunded. Under no circumstances shall Seller be held responsible for Veterinary or medical bills incurred.
A congenital or hereditary defect shall not be considered illnesses acquired as a result of neglect or failure to obtain veterinary care. Failure of Buyer to provide puppy with timely inoculations or regular veterinary care shall clear Seller of any liability for future illnesses to the puppy. Seller does not guarantee against low-blood sugar (Hypoglycemia) or other non-life threatening illnesses common to puppies. Buyer agrees to limit puppy (ies) exposure to other persons, animals and public places. Parvo-Virus, Distemper, etc., is highly contagious viruses that a puppy is susceptible to until they receive their last booster shot from the vet. We do not guarantee against these viruses since they can easily be obtained from any public place.
If Buyer can not for any reason keep said puppy, Buyer will return said puppy to Seller.
The Seller will not accept any returns of said puppy for any monetary refund, including but not limited to allergy, Landlord/Tenant, marital, or adjustment problems, etc. If Buyer must return puppy for any reason, it will be on a surrender basis only with no refund.
In no case shall said puppy (ies) be resold to Pet Shops, Pet Brokers, or Puppy Mills. Any estimated weight is only an educated guess and not a guaranteed number. Puppies that are sold as pets; no guarantee is made as to disposition, conformation, size, or breeding ability.
This contract shall be governed under the laws of the state of Washington. Any conflict of issues, either in equity or law, shall be adjudicated in Pierce County, State of Washington.
Breeder/Seller and Buyer certify by signing this bill of sale that this dog is not sold for resale purposes and that the breeder will be notified if it is necessary for this dog to change hands and right of first refusal will be given to the breeder/seller.

If this dog is being bought as Pet Quality only, then buyer must agree to have the dog spay/neutered. Breeder will withhold this dog’s registration papers until proof of the spay/neuter; a statement shall be provided to this breeder from a DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) on veterinary stationary.
Breeder/Seller will mail said dog’s registration document to Buyer upon receipt of spay/neuter verification.
It is this breeders advice that the dog be spayed between 6 - 8 months as this is when the dog usually has double canines and they can be pulled at the same time as the spay/neuter.

1. PET QUALITY is a quality classification set by the breeder indicating that this dog will not be used for breeding and will be in a loving home and pet ONLY!
2. FULL REGISTRATION and Pedigrees will be provided upon Buyers receipt of said dog(s). Full registration is granted to show potential / breeding dogs only. Yorkshire Terriers are registered with AKC (American Kennel Club. Biewer Yorkshire a la Pom Pon have dual registries, one in Germany and one in the United States.
3. LIMITED REGISTRATION allows registration of Yorkshire Terriers with the American Kennel Club (AKC) but with certain restrictions. The registration certifies that the animal is a purebred Yorkshire Terrier, but does not allow competition in AKC licensed conformation shows. Offspring resulting from this animal are not allowed to be registered with AKC. Registration of Biewer Yorkshire a la Pom Pon will be dual; Registration in Germany and Registration in the United States.
4. SPAY/NEUTER is a surgery done by a veterinarian that renders the animal unable to produce offspring.
